About me
I’m a level 3 personal trainer with years of experience changing peoples lives. I love to help people no matter their background or situation.
I have the goal of teaching every one of my clients what I know to transform their body and mind. To go into the world with strength, confidence and health.
Nutrition
I hate having a strict “chicken and broccoli” diet and believe in a much more flexible approach. I love doing it smarter and tracking calories, allowing you to still eat the food you love and live your life. I’ve used this with my clients and it works because you can stay consistent and not just crash after a strict plan.
Training.
I like do a mixture of weight and cardio or “CrossFit style” training. to make sure I am not just strong but fit and flexible!
I use this training with my clients to help them get towards their goals as fast as possible and actually giving them a fit, strong functional body.
